Valentine’s Love Heart Decoration
You will need:
• Paint
• Scissors
• Water
• Crayons
• Paper/envelopes
• Glue
• Card
• String/ribbon
Optional:
• Heart sponge/stamp
• Pencils/pens
Make your own unique paper to show your love in any patterns you like. I did this really quickly with my children using crayons, paint & recycled envelopes as I like the patterns & love an excuse to recycle anything! We worked on both sides of the paper as you can see in the photos for the love hearts.
While this dries, cut a heart out of card & carefully use the scissors to create a hole for the ribbon/string.
Once your paper is dry, you can fold it like a fan & cut hearts out. It is amazing how many hearts you can get. (Tip: if you want symmetrical hearts, cut half a heart along the folded edge.)
Lastly, enjoy sticking them creatively on the heart to complete your decoration & spray with your favourite perfume!
