Are you seeing a trend? Nat gets in touch with people who make food, particularly the sweet stuff? Yes, I confess, I have no greater pleasure than a sticky, gooey, something chocolatey treat no matter what time of day.
As a photographer, I am lucky to work alongside many talented and creative people and one such person is the lovely Janet Marsh, Chief Sweetie Buyer at The Sweetie Factory. Janet is one of the most inspirational people I know and can annoyingly pretty much turn her hand to whatever she feels like. Her company is a UK based business supplying a treat laden candy buffet for your event – weddings, birthdays, themed corporate do’s, christenings – you get the idea. She has the most gorgeous glass jars and vases to host the treats and creates bespoke designs to your brief for each occassion. No two tables are ever the same. Recently, Janet has been commissioned for big launch parties in London even though HQ is Cambridge, East Anglia and she frequently travels to the big smoke to create the most exciting designs which delight and amuse. And they don’t just stop at sweets either you can add Cupcakes, Cake pops, Fresh Marshmallows and handcrafted truffles, and Sweetie Trees. Kosher sweets and candy can be provided for your Candy Buffet at your event or wedding and we can cater from 5 to 500+!
She was honoured to be booked by Alex Gerrard to create a special buffet for her baby shower and featured in OK magazine.
As you’ll see from the following montage, she is literally able to come up with anything you can imagine. Janet is showcasing her work as sole Candy Buffet exhibitor at the largest UK wedding show, The National Wedding Show at London Olympia and Birmingham NEC and her business is going from strength to strength.
Thanks to Janet for providing the photographs of her work so we could share them here with you all.
Remember, adventure is out there!
