Seriously – this is one of the easiest lunch dishes I’ve ever made with the small folk. They loved it – and it was so good that the adults actually wanted to eat it too! Recipe after the photos.

Pack of wraps (or make your own if you feel clever!), a tomato sauce – I use passata, red wine vinegar, a pinch of unrefined sugar, sea salt, rosemary and basil, some grated cheese or sliced mozarella or goats cheese, some ham/salami/chorizo. Cut out wrap circles, press firmly into muffin tin, teaspoon of sauce, sprinkle of toppings, into a hot oven for 7 – 10 minutes. Repeat again and again until no-one can face another mini pizza.
