I am sorry, I am a little late with this, and we are well and truly into October and Autumn! It will soon be half term for us in London (thank goodness, the children are already a little worn out!) and time to think about Halloween! Don’t forget we LOVE Halloween, check out our Pinterest Board and our collection on Google+ to get lots of inspiration!
Anyway, back to September …
Travel
We have continual wanderlust here at TMK, and this month Rosie and I shared our thoughts on why you should still travel to Greece, even though it is in throes of a financial crisis. Rosie and I are both Greekophiles, and we present a strong case for holidaying in Greece.
We also ran a competition to win tickets to The Family Travel Show. Family holidays are precious memories in the making and a chance to spend that all important quality time together. Whether you’re looking for a trip to open your children’s eyes to the world and allow them to experience new destinations and cultures, or a relaxing and indulgent family break where all you need to do is enjoy each other’s company, this new event will provide you with hundreds of ideas to plan that perfect family break.
This competition is now closed, but you can still buy tickets online and on the door, and we have an offer so you can get them half price! Have a look at the post for more details.
Thoughts On
We love to share our thoughts here at TMK, we certainly have an opinion or two! This month, Nat wrote a powerful piece on her thoughts about the refugee crisis, and how she is turning her anger at the situation into action.
I turned my thoughts to body confidence. My life is certainly mapped out on my body, but I still love it, and I am actually very proud of it! This was our best read post this month. This post appeared in The Huff Post too! Read it here
I also reviewed Audible, and The Jungle Book. This is a fabulous app, that all the family can use, and there are some brilliant books in their library. Go have a read (or listen!)
Image of the Week
This is a favourite of ours, and I love seeing our photos each week, and how we all differently approach a theme. Thank you to all those that read these posts, and also take time to link up an image too. This month our images have been based around rain, colour and breakfast. Hop over, be inspired and gets some tips on taking better photos as well!
That’s all for this month – do let us know which was your favourite post.
