Hello, and welcome to Image of the Week! This week we are really freestyling! We’ve all been busy this week, and here’s a glimpse into what we have been up to.

The working life of a freelance commercial photographer is anything but dull! I’ve had so many shoots lately that when I get a spare minute I really love to get out and take photographs for myself. Living in Singapore there is always somewhere new to explore and photograph. Here is the stunning Majid Sultan mosque in the heart of the Arab quarter.

It began to feel a bit like Christmas for us this week. We were invited by our wonderful friends at The Biscuiteers, to a Christmas icing evening! We are big fans of their biscuits: They taste delicious and well, they are just so gorgeous! After icing, we had a good look around at their fantastic Christmas selections, and if anyone wants to buy me The Nutcracker tin …
Here is one of their fabulous biscuits that doubles as a Christmas decoration, genius, huh?! I took this on f stop 5.4 – so I got the wonderful bokeh effect!

I’m so into baking at the moment. Just love it, especially in the winter, when I just want to get cosy. This week I made my first ever ciabattta loaf!

I LOVE the last week in November, I always put our tree up and create a grotto to hibernate in for the winter. Here is a picture of a clay snail decoration taking pride of place of our tree. Why a snail? No idea, it was just part of the cookie cutter set we used to make these decorations. Click HERE to see how we made them.

This week I fulfilled an ambition I thought would never happen – I became a model! Those are my wee legs modelling these awesome boots for Webury on location in the wilds of the Isle of Skye. I’m really looking forward to putting the boots through their paces on some forthcoming wedding shoots.
