In a voice designed to carry many miles across the Veldt Farmer Stu is calling his charges to order. It’s around 9 30 am on a sunny morning in the hills of the south of France. A contented group of parents and children (yes contented…!) are enjoying their first coffee and pain au chocolat of the day.. an enthusiastic team of young helpers are soon scampering off to help feed the animals on Country Kids farm. It is a highlight of the day and one of the outstanding memories of my first trip to Country Kids 4 years ago (the creche, the fabulous service, the beautiful surroundings, the feel of absolute luxury, the 4 pm cakes, the babysitting nights and Dr Dishy who led the winetasting are right up there too…)

In September I was invited back to Country Kids to create the images for their new website.
